Okay enough nonsense.

Alright, I won't post as much as the notices go up but just to put some reminders to you guys as you are going to take over the unit.

Respect is earned.

Know this and know this well. Remember that you are now Instructors and have to take care of the juniors below you. Just as it is hard to gain their respect, show them that you are a capable leader and carry yourself well with confidence.

Take a simple action like, tucking out your shirt. Your juniors will point their fingers at you and say, "My Corporal also do this what!" And what will your defence be? Scold them for sputtering nonsense? You'll lose their respect for you, really.

Similarly, give your respect to the higher-ups. Your Teacher Officers and your Inter2s, after all, they are still in command and are in-charge of you. You'll get to taste the life of an Intructor soon and I assure you, it won't be easy.

And one more thing to note, respect the rank. This is all passed down from my batch's Inter2s and the Inter2s before.

Hello all, Basics 2, on 13 November 2008, Thursday, we will be performing something for the Inter 2 for their farewell function. On This coming Wednesday, every body is to come to school by 1pm in PE shirt.

on 13 November,dress code: Smart casual. Minimum long pants(jean acceptable).
Skirts not too short, 4 finger above knee. Timing to be confirm.

Hi all, please be reminded to wear black standardized ncc pants, for the tee shirts, you can wear anything you like because we will be getting our unit pt tomorrow. Please fall-in in school at 7.30AM SHARP. Please be reminded to eat your breakfast before you come to school. I think we might have to buy our own lunch again. For the doubles, please chiong for tomorrow's heats. Enter the finals and get the gold. Like SSG Gim Hwa had said, we are already very near the gold. Just chiong straight and get the gold medal. For those singles, please do your best to attain the gold medal.

Please note that there will not be any training on Friday, 4 July 2008. For the kayaking team which is going to kayak/dragonboating on Youth Day, 7 July 2008, please reach Yio Chu Kang MRT Station @ 7am. Please be early to prevent late.

Please remember to bring your kayaking items. Bootes, Undergarment, Towel, Shirt(Black PT), Shorts.

As for NDP, please be reminded that the entry tickets are for saturday only. Please be reminded ask your parents to bring the tickets on saturday. One ticket only allowed to one person, please note that babies and childrens require separate tickets. Please attend NDP with clothes that are in red, seatings are allocated by ushers only, please be seated by 4.45pm, and do not carry big bags.
